Most drinks don't contain fish so you can have a variety of drinks. A recipe I chose for a drink is a milkshake, milkshakes are good for you because they have calcium and its not made on full cream milk but on skim milk.

Blend milk, frozen yogurt and strawberries together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
